Your Chiropractor may design a specific, personalised treatment program to ensure lasting results. The spine and surrounding tissues heal best when you keep your recommended schedule. As we are a very busy clinic, we ask that you pre-schedule your appointments to ensure you get as close to your preferred times as possible.
It is imperative to note that your recovery time may be delayed if you choose not to adhere to the recommended schedule for your condition. Spinal manipulation is unique in that each treatment builds upon the last. If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is appreciated although we understand that on occasion, emergencies do occur. Most importantly, all changed appointments need to be rescheduled within 24 hours where possible. This policy is critical to ensure your momentum continues and gained benefit is not lost.

Payment is required at time of treatment, this means each visit or in advance. If a financial problem arises, please speak candidly to our Practice Manager, Natalie. Medical fund rebates are able to be claimed by you from your health fund as our clinic is a private billing entity.

In order to continue providing the best, most current Chiropractic care available our team occasionally travel to attend conferences and continuing education seminars. To keep your progress on schedule another highly qualified Chiropractor will be here to care for you in his/her absence, or we will build your schedule around those times.
HEALING RESPONSE
Remember that healing and spinal correction takes time. If at any time during your care you do not feel that you are responding as well as you expected, please discuss this with your Chiropractor or our staff.
