In today’s videos I am going to share 3 really simple yoga stretches that will help to reduce muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back.
These stretches can be fabulous for people who suffer from tension-type headaches, the ones that are often associated with tightness in the muscle of the neck and the back of the skull.
Before you get worried that you will need to be a Yoga expert to do these exercises, then don’t – not only are these exercises really effective but they’re also super easy, there’s no need to put on your Lulu Lemon active wear, you’ll be able to do them all from the comfort of your desk chair.
